RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will only accept returns on approved Bodhi products purchased from Bodhibags.net.
We will accept returns on FULL PRICED mercandise for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for paying any shipping charges to send the product back to Bodhi. Please let us know how we can correct your purchase and we will ship it back to you free. To receive approval and a return authorization number (RA#) send an email through our online customer service form with the following information:
1. YOUR NAME
2. YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION (including email & phone number)
3. ORDR NUMBER
4. ITEM NUMBER(S) & DESCRIPTION(S)
5. REASON FOR RETURNING ITEM(S) + list of any damages
We will accept exchanges for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for paying any shipping charges to send the product back to Bodhi. Please let us know how we can correct your purchase and we will ship it back to you free.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
A one time Price Adjustments can be made to Online orders on FULL PRICED merchandise within 10 days of purchase. Items bought at sale prices will NOT be eligiblefor further adjustments.

US SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday. Your package will ship once credit card authorization and verification is complete. There are three ways to ship your purchase. Sorry, no shipping available on Saturday and Sunday. All orders received by 12 noon EST with 2 day air or overnight shipping will be sent the same day. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must ship 2 day air. Overnight shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Bodhi offers International shipping worldwide. Shipping prices are set at a standard delivery rate and are priced according to item value. International shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping calculations are displayed at time of checkout after filling out shipping information. Items will be shipped either by USPS or UPS at Bodhi's digression based on the most reliable and secure means of delivery.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments in U.S. dollars only. Currently Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.
